Hand-wash and regularly apply wood oil to keep your board hydrated. Avoid highly acidic foods on Carbon due to its naturally stained wood.

Our Walnut shade is pure walnut, while our Carbon shade is white oak that is ebonized - a natural staining technique for a long-lasting, food-safe dye. Appearance will vary slightly from board to board due to their organic nature.

Beautiful board! A lot lighter than the pictures though.
I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he really liked the way it looks. We haven't used it yet so I can't speak to the functionality but I think the grooves will come in handy to catch any liquids and the angle will make it easier to scrape things off the board. A lot lighter than the pictures which doesn't match the aesthetic I was going for to match his kitchen. That's why I gave it 4 stars. The fine print says it could be walnut or ebonized white oak which may have contributed to the variation in color.

Today I become an adult
I leave this out on the counter because it looks that good and makes me feel like a guy who has his life together. Sure I still have the eating habits of a college student, but this board just feels so classy any time I use it.
