They’re amazing! Love the open close feature

Firstly, the tongs are fantastic. They're definitely worth the money. Doesn't take long to get used to the locking/unlocking action and they also look great enough to leave on display rather than tucked away in a drawer.

My order was lost in transit and I couldn't get any updates. Customer service sent a new pair out the same day. After about 2 weeks the lost pair showed up and within 3 days of contacting customer service the other pair showed up as well. I offered to return the 2nd pair and they graciously allowed me to keep those as well. I'll definitely be ordering more gear from Material.

You know that task you're supposed to do with a lot of baked foods? Where you're supposed to flip them? Ya know, the one we may or may not do because it's so dang tedious?

Well, these make it a miraculous breeze.

Functional and elegant

Design is great….the opening and closing of the things is sleek and well thought out from a design perspective. I was frying potatoes and found it a little tricky to turn the spoon portion up to close it. I could have left it open but felt that was messier. At first I thought the edges were somewhat sharp but they do not seem to be. They are easy to clean, attractive. I think I need to get use to working with these things since I am used to a more traditional set of thongs.
