First time sharpener? Simply hold your knife in one hand and hold the sharpener on a flat surface with the other. Then, place the wide end of the blade in the sharpener and draw the knife back towards you, all the way through (no sawing back and forth). Rinse and repeat.

Easy to use and store.
So far I have bought one for my son's and also my households. It is so compact and easy to use! I had been looking at much bigger and more expensive units and wondering where I would fit it into my motorhome. No problem fitting this little unit into my rv drawer.
Material - thanks so much for such a great solution. Chopping with a dull knife is so dangerous and tiring.
I tried the sharpener on my older knives and it was easy to hold. The ceramic wheels effectively sharpened the knives, but for very dull knives (like I allowed mine to get) it would take some time to get a shard edge back. Best for frequent light sharpening!
This is the easiest tool I’ve ever used to sharpen my knives. It works, great and the price point is perfect. After just a fe minutes all my knives were super sharp.
