Just… wow!
Ok - so I bought this because my favorite plastic spatula finally broke. I’d gotten and loved Material knives, so I thought I’d give this a shot. Wow. It is solid. In all the right ways. I mean - you can use this to harvest whatever veggies or hunt/fish whatever meat you’re looking to flip. It’s that sturdy. It can flip things in its sleep.
Only slight reco would be to add a little more weight to the handle. But it’s not a deal breaker. Solid choice. You won’t regret it - esp for this price.
